What is speed
marketing?
Speed Marketing is a networking event where you are guaranteed
to meet every person in attendance.
How many people
are in attendance?
We try for a minimum of 14, but we prefer 16-18
What types
of industries are permitted to attend?
As long as the business is legitimate and legal, anyone can attend.
Anyone that wants to grow their business is encouraged to join us.
Our events usually have realtors, appraisers, accountants, bookkeepers,
bankers, photographers, loan officers, title company reps, escrow
or title officers, builders, salon owners, hair stylists, massage
therapists, counselors, nail technicians, electricians, plumbers,
contractors, pre-paid legal, landscapers, psychic, computer specialists,
gift basket companies, advertising reps, insurance agents, retail
store owners and send out card reps in attendance.
Why do you
limit the attendees to one per industry?
If either of us were attending the event, we would not want to
pay to spend two hours meeting a room full of our competition and
we don't think you should either. It's not that we think competition
is a bad thing. We believe it's more efficient to maintain this limitation.
What is the
cost?
Just $29.00 and that includes: Two glasses of wine and food.
Are there
any hidden costs?
No. You pay to attend the event and nothing more.
Why do you
require prepayment and preregistration?
There needs to be an even number of participants in order for
the event to flow correctly, so an exact head count is very important.
We also have all the score cards and name tags printed ahead of time
and need to know who is attending so these items are printed correctly.
The food and beverages also need to be ordered several days prior
to the event.
Why do you

What is a
score card?
A score card is a system we've devised for you to rate the business
professionals you meet to determine if they are a candidate as a network
partner. You take it with you at the end of the night so you can use
it to follow up with those professionals you met at the event.
Is this an
MLM or a franchise?
No this is not a multi-level marketing business or a franchise.
Speed Marketing Events.com is d.b.a. Marketing in Minutes, which is
a privately owned LLC.
What is your
refund policy?
We offer a full refund up to 7 days prior to the event. We do
not refund fees to no shows or late cancellations.
What happens
if I want to attend an event, but it's full or their is already someone
from my industry attending?
We maintain a waiting list. If the event you wish to participate
in is full, we will take your information and call you when another
event is available.
Do you only
offer events in Bend?
Right now our scheduled events are in Bend, but we will be offering
the events in other areas of Oregon, including Portland, Salem and
Eugene.
